About Us
Inbloom Brew Co. was born from a deep connection to both heritage and purpose.
As a first-generation daughter of Vietnamese immigrants, I grew up watching my parents build a life from the ground up. After arriving in Canada in 1980, they worked numerous jobs just to survive—doing whatever it took to create stability for our family. In 1993, they took a leap of faith and opened their first restaurant—a place where hard work, resilience, and community came together every day. I spent many years working alongside them, learning not just the rhythm of hospitality, but the meaning of dedication and sacrifice.
Over the years, I explored different paths—trying various businesses and ideas over the last 15 years—but something always felt missing. I was searching for something that felt aligned, meaningful, and truly my own.
Eventually, I felt a calling to create something deeper.
Coffee has always been a part of my daily ritual—but it became something more when I discovered the benefits of functional mushrooms. I wanted to create a coffee that not only tasted exceptional, but supported how we feel—focused, grounded, and balanced.
Inbloom Brew Co. brings together two worlds:
the rich, bold character of Vietnamese coffee—one of the world’s leading coffee origins—and the intentional benefits of functional mushrooms.
Although I was born in Canada, over the past decade I’ve felt a deeper pull toward my roots. This brand is part of that journey—an expression of where I come from, and where I’m going.
Giving back is at the heart of Inbloom Brew.
A portion of our proceeds will go toward supporting children in Vietnam—helping provide access to education and encouraging entrepreneurship for the next generation. It’s a small way to honour my roots and give back to the community that continues to inspire me.
